Do you bring cleaning supplies?
We bring the suitable cleaning supplies needed for each visit. Most of the cleaning products we use are low-irritant and close to harmless for normal home use, and when a specific cleaning issue needs it, we may use a more specific cleaner to address the problem properly. Read our cleaning tips.

Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. We ask for at least 48 hours notice for reschedules or cancellations. If we arrive and cannot complete the clean because the booking was not changed in advance, a call-out fee may apply.
